Ed has been envisioning the concept of The Dumb Luck Pub and Grill for over 30 years. Ed, who grew up in Winooski, tested the philosophy in Hinesburg with his wife and business partner Patricia; with such great success they decided to bring their business locally. Ed and Patricia are two proud Winooski Locals, who brought their dream to life by opening the Dumb Luck Pub and Grill Winooski in November of 2024. 

Their mission is to create a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing environment where friends, family, and neighbors can enjoy a delicious meal, refreshing drinks, and good company. With a focus on great food, friendly service and a warm community atmosphere; Ed and Patricia are committed to making every visit to the Dumb Luck a wonderful experience.
